Conditions for Replacement:
-Notification: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your flower delivery if you are unsatisfied with the quality or condition of the flowers.
-Evidence: We may require photographic evidence of the issue to assess the validity of the replacement request.
-Quality Concerns: Replacement requests are accepted for issues such as wilting, damaged blooms, or any other quality concerns.
-Delivery Address: Replacement flowers will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
Replacement requests made after 24 hours of receiving the delivery will not be eligible.
Requests based on personal preference, such as color variations or slight imperfections, will not be accepted.
Flowers that have been damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

-Provide your order details and explain the reason for the replacement request.
-Our team will assess the request and arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest possible time.
Note: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we may substitute certain blooms or colors based on availability and seasonal variations.
